THIS IS THE START OF OUR RESCUE BOY'S MEETING WITH ABIGAIL (9) AND HENRY (8)

August 1998

I'll stay indoors Henry - you find out what it wants!

It says it's staying here !! Who asked us!

Ready or not I'm coming through....

Look Henry as one chap to another -what's the food like?
Now this is my best side

Ah it's tiring when you're only 6 months old and there's so much garden to run around in.

So many flowers - such a little time!

I have NO IDEA how that hole appeared in the lawn!

My new Mum & Dad say I'm so eager to please and want every one to love me - that I'm like Charlie Brown - Chas for short.

Abigail explains the wonders of Xmas to Chas - who'd rather help take the tinsel OFF the tree!

Hey Henry! I'm taller than you!!!

Just got to get this pruning done properly Mum!

 January 1999 Update

Yes of course Chas is staying with us permanently - but thanks to the people who have made offers for him!

He has now been neutered in accordance with sensible rescue practice and it has not changed his nature at all! He is still digging holes in the garden - blitzing - and playing with Henry and increasingly so with Abigail who had previously largely ignored him.

February 1999

Here he is with his first birthday presents - from two lovely friends in the USA :-) a squeaky toy and a large rawhide bone.

February 2000 - Chas is two years old - still as mischievous and loveable.  He has also completed about a dozen home checks with us to help place other rescue bichons in new homes.
